BELFAST -- Henry E. Littlefield, 85, died May 2, 1989, at his residence in Belfast. He was born in Belfast, Sept 5, 1903, the son of Charles T. and Lillabell (Gurney) Littlefield. For many years, he had been a farmer. He is survived by his wife, Selena (Carson) Littlefield of Belfast: four sons, Eugene H., Warren F. and Gary W., all of Belfast, and Maurice E. of Lexington, Va.; one daughter, Beverly (Littlefield) Thomas of Morrill; 10 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren several nieces and nephews. Friends may call 7-9 p.m. Thursday, May 4 1989, at Rackliffe Funeral Home, Belfast. Private graveside funeral services will be held Friday at West Belfast Cemetery, Belfast. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, Maine Affiliate, Inc., P.O. Box 456, Brunswick 04011.
