Funeral services will be held Thursday at 10 a.m. at Harding and Orr Chapel for Mrs. Mary Carson of 400 North Copia street, who died Sunday in a hospital. A Methodist chaplain will officiate and burial will be in Ft. Bliss National Cemetery. She was 45.
Mrs. Carson had been a resident of El Paso for 22 years. She is survived by her husband, Ray N. Carson; and two daughters, Mrs. Tula Humbert and Mrs. Wilma Jones, all of El Paso.

Mary married Ray Norman Carson, son of Charles Albert Carson and Sylvia Ethel Burgess, on 24 Feb 1945 in Juárez, Chihuahua, Mexico. (Ray Norman Carson was born on 28 Apr 1919 in Caribou, Aroostook, Maine, United States, died on 10 Mar 1985 in El Paso, El Paso, Texas, United States and was buried in Fort Bliss National Cemetery, El Paso, El Paso, Texas, United States.)
