In 1972 he married the former Nancy Porter of Thorndike. He began employment with Central Maine Power Company in Fairfield in 1971 and held the recent title of lead power technician, although he lead all to believe that he was the boss there and could not be replaced by anyone else in the company. Jack was a member of the Masons No. 85 and was also a previous member of the Tri-County Car Club, having a great interest in restoring older vehicles. He was very involved with his family, always there to lend a hand to anyone who needed it, especially his children. He would cancel any plans that he had if they needed him. He was also very close with his grandchildren, Collin and Jacob and loved spending time with them. He often took a Friday off from work just to do this. He was predeceased by his father, Walter Bradeen and his sister, Susan Bradeen. Survivors include his spouse, Nancy Bradeen; his children, Allison Peckham and spouse, Frank, and Aaron Bradeen and fiancée, Kim Mehuren; his mother, Velma Bradeen; brothers, Leroy Bradeen and spouse, Sonja (Tweety), and Rodney Bradeen and spouse, Ann (Oliver); his sister, Sylvia Lowry; his special grandchildren, Jacob and Collin Peckham; as well as several nieces and nephews.
