Sharon P. Shea, 49, of Rockville, wife of Dennis G. Strait, died Thursday, (January 4, 2007) at Rockville General Hospital. She was born in Manchester daughter of Mildred Bordua of Rockville and the late William Shea. Sharon was formerly employed by the Rockville Reminder and was currently employed by the Town of Vernon. Besides her husband and mother she is survived by her daughter, Jennifer Lynn Strait of Rockville; several aunts, uncles, and many cousins. She was predeceased by her brothers, William Shea II and Robert J. Shea. Friends may gather on Tuesday, Jan. 9 at St. Bernard's Church, Rockville for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. Burial will be in St. Bernard's Cemetery. Family and friends may call at the Burke-Fortin Funeral Home, 76 Prospect St., Rockville on Monday from 4 - 7 p.m. Memorial donations may be made to Visiting Nurse and Health Services, 8 Keynote Drive, Vernon, CT 06066.
