BELFAST -- Clarion V. Kenney, 73, died May 4, 1980, at his residence. He was born in Searsport Feb. 16, 1907, the son of Heber and Georgia Alley Kenney. He is survived by his wife, Laney Carson Kenney of Belfast. Graveside services will be held Wednesday, 2 p.m., at the Village Cemetery in Morrill. Arrangements are by the Rackliffe Funeral Home in Belfast.
