PRESQUE ISLE - Lois Pauline Greenleaf, 92, wife of the late Herman Greenleaf, died Oct. 25, 2010, at a Houlton health care facility. She was born March 21, 1918, in Washburn, the daughter of Ernest and Myrth (Stairs) Tingley. She had been employed at Loring Air Force Base as a civil service employee for many years until her retirement. Pauline and her husband spent many happy times traveling and visiting interesting places.
She is survived by a brother, Keith I. Tingley of Massachusetts; two sisters, Jean E. Simpson and her husband, Bill, of Presque Isle and Eska A. Currier of Georgia; several nieces and nephews.
Interment will be at Evergreen Cemetery, Caribou.

Lois married Herman Roy Greenleaf, son of Fred Benjamin Greenleaf and Mina Jane Cochran, on 18 Feb 1939 in ME.1 (Herman Roy Greenleaf was born on 18 Nov 1917 in Washburn, ME,6 7 died on 9 Oct 1992 in Caribou, ME 8 and was buried in Evergreen Cemetery, Caribou, ME.)
