Hazlett, 50, formerly of Perham died Friday in Kennebunk after a short illness. He was born March 15, 1909, in Perham, the son of Harry and Lillian (Clark) Hazlett. He was educated in Caribou schools and had lived in Kennebunk for the past 11 years. He is survived by his mother, of Perham; four daughters, Mrs. Donna O'Clair, Oxbow, Mrs. Margaret G. Burbie, New Britain, Conn., Mrs Jannet Robertson, Ashland, and Miss Rithine Hazlett, Perham; a brother, Merill Hazlett of Sanford; five sisters, Mrs. Bernice Wardwell, Perham, Mrs. Phyllis Cray, Calif., Mrs. Mable Wellwood, Ogunquit, Mrs. Lena Violet, Kennebunk, Mrs. Margaret Morrell, New Britain, Conn.; six grandchildren. Friends may call at the Mockler Funeral Home in Caribou Monday afternoon from 2 to 5 and in the evening from 7 to 9. Funeral services will be conducted in the Perham Baptist Church Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock with the Rev. Robert Brackley, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in the family lot at Fairview Cemetery, Perham.
