WESTBOROUGH - Goldie (Randall) Scovil, 92, died Saturday, Nov. 11, 2006.
She was the wife of Harry L. Scovil, who died in 1990.
She was born in Washburn, Maine, the daughter of Henry and Lettie (Raven) Randall. She lived in Westborough for many years.
Mrs. Scovil was a licensed practical nurse for many years at Westborough State Hospital and a member of The Massachusetts Retired State Employees Association.
She leaves two sons, Wayne of Chicago and Kent of Upton; two stepsons, Richard and Dalton; 15 grandchildren, nine greatgrandchildren; and her daughter- in-law and caregiver, Simone Scovil of Grafton. She was the mother of Dale "Boomer" Scovil, who died in 2006.
She was cremated in accordance with her wishes.
A graveside funeral service will be held Friday, Nov. 17, at 1 p.m., in Lakeview Cemetery on North Main Street, Upton, where her ashes will be laid to rest with her deceased husband, Harry. There are no calling hours.
Instead of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, 30 Speen St., Framingham, MA 01701.
Funeral arrangements are by the Roney Funeral Homes North Chapel in North Grafton.

Goldie married Harry Lamont Scovil on 20 Dec 1937 in Blaine, Aroostook, Maine, United States.
