Michael A. Sylvester, 64, passed away peacefully on August 18, 2018. Michael was born on June 22, 1954 in Belfast to Lloyd W. Sylvester and Millie (Merry) Sylvester.
Michael worked at Sprague Energy for 44 years, where he made many close friends. He was happiest hunting, fishing, and camping with his wife. Mike and his wife enjoyed traveling throughout Maine, sightseeing. He was an avid bowler who competitively bowled in many leagues. Mike was very well known, always smiling, and loved conversation.
Michael is survived by his wife Patricia Sylvester; sons, Mathew and Mark Sylvester; step-daughters, Shaina Brown and Jena Kamps; grandson, Clayton; brothers, Paul Sylvester, David Sylvester, Danny and Nellie Sylvester, Peter and Sandy Sylvester; and many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be conducted at 2pm, Saturday, September 8th at Lighthouse Bible Church in Searsport.
