GLADYS H. (CARSON) BOLSTRIDGE
FAIRFIELD and DOVER-FOXCROFT -- Gladys H. (Carson) Bolstridge, 77, died July 17, 1981 at a Waterville hospital following a long illness. She was born in Presque Isle Feb. 7, 1904, the daughter of Charles and Ethel (Burgess) Carson. She was a member of the Limestone American Legion Auxiliary, a former member of the East Dover Grange, and the East Dover Garden Club. She is survived by four daughters, Mrs. Nellie Ladde[sic] of Caribou, Louise Duff, Mrs. Murray (Joyce) Decker, both of Fairfield, Mrs. William (Pearline) Rowe of Dexter; one sister, Veda Carson of Oakland; 18 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted 1 p.m. Monday from the Lary Funeral Home with the Rev. David McLeish officiating. Burial will be in Dow Cemetery, Dover. Friends may call at the funeral home 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. Sunday.
