KNOX - Lila R. Bryant, 80, passed away Feb. 16, 2008, at her residence. She was born May 12, 1927, the ninth child of William Henry Raven and Naomi "Pearl" (Carmichael) Raven. On March 11, 1945, she married Omar Wadsworth Bryant and together they raised 11 children on their farm in Knox. Omar passed away June 24, 1975.
In addition to her husband and her parents, she was predeceased by brothers, Earl, Harold "Mike," Lawrence "Bug," Seth, William "Bubby" and Carl Raven; sisters, Alfreda Moore and Edith Porter; and great-grandchildren, Matthew and Michelle Reynolds.
