SEARSPORT -- Bernice E. Gordon, 82, died at a Camden nursing home, Nov. 30, 1982. She was born in Woodland, Aug. 13, 1900, the daughter of Herbert and Selena (Raven) Merry.
She was the wife of the late Walter Gordon.
She is survived by two sons, Walter C. of Waldo and Alton O. of Burnham; 3 daughters, Marie Russell of Northport, Carlene I Evans of Searsport, and Norma Duplisea of Burnham; brother, John Merry of Bangor; sister, Ruby Fields of Freeport; 15 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at Young Funeral Home, Searsport at 11 a.m. Friday. Burial will be in Grove Cemetery, Belfast.
